If you were lucky enough to be one of the first 500 to pre-register, Congratulations! Your name will be entered into a special drawing that will be conducted during the closing ceremonies. Effingham is ready and excited to host the 2008 Illinois State H.O.G. Rally for all H.O.G. members at this, the 19th Annual Rally, on June 6th and 7th. We are looking forward to having you visit us and joining in the celebration of the 25th Anniversary of the Harley Owners Group.

Located in Central Illinois where Interstate 57 intersects Interstate 70, the City of Effingham is easy to get to and has a little something for everyone.

Local attractions include: The Cross at the Crossroads, which stands at 198 feet; the Ballard Nature Center, where visitors can explore nature as they hike wooded trails; Kluthe Aquatic Complex, which offers fun for the entire family; Lake Sara, with its 800 acre recreational lake nestled into a vast wooded shoreline and more. There are a lot of great roads in the area that make for wonderful riding and really interesting places to stop including State Parks, Historic Sites, Unique and Fun Destinations, and always, Friendly People!
