Why should I pre register for the rally? |
| A. |
Two reasons: The first is that all of the rally's operating budget comes from pre registration. The higher the volume of registrations, the more money we have to deliver a great rally.
The second reason is to ensure that you can get the merchandise you want. Rally merchandise is not for sale during the rally. It is only available during pre registration.

What do I get for my registration fee? |
| A. |
The short answer is that you get into all the rally events and free motorcycle parking with in and out privileges. That fee helps cover the costs of entertainment, facilities, security, and all the other little things it takes (and we have to pay for) to provide you with a great rally experience. |

I already pre-registered, but want to order more merchandise. How can I do it? |

I bought some stuff, but cannot attend the rally. Can I get my money back? |
| A. |
Sorry, we do not offer refunds. That said, if you can send your confirmation card with a friend, they could pick up your merchandise for you. We cannot release merchandise without a confirmation card. Any merchandise left after the close of registration on Saturday will be sold. |

I registered on line and my better half registered again later. How do I get a refund? |
| A. |
Please contact our Registration Coordinator, Linda Barnes, to arrange for this special case. We will issue a check for the duplicate registration. |

Can I bring non-H.O.G. friends to the rally? |
| A. |
H.O.G. has a "one member, one guest" policy, so you can register one guest per member. |

Can I bring my 13-year-old child? |
| A. |
Yes. Children under 16 are admitted free and are not subject to the "one member, one guest rule". However, there are additional release forms for children that can only be signed by the child's parent or legal guardian with proper documentation. |

What about my grandchild? Niece? Nephew? Can I bring them? |
| A. |
Yes, but as mentioned above, there are release forms that must be signed by the child's legal guardian. |

I am a vendor. How do I arrange to be a vendor at the rally? |
| A. |

Do I have to wear my helmet while riding in Illinois? |
| A. |
No, Illinois is not a helmet state and does not require an "approved" helmet. |

What will I need to bring to check-in at the rally? |
| A. |
Confirmaiton of registration and your HOG Card. Please make sure before attending that your National Membership is current. |

Will there be a shuttle bus available? |
| A. |
Yes. Between many local hotels and the Park at Rosemont as well as to the Rivers Casino close by. |

How will I get my confirmation card? |
| A. |
Confirmation will be sent via electonic mail or USPS when electronic mail is not available. If you do not receive a confirmation by 5/15/12 please contact Linda Barnes at 2012ILHOGRALLY@ATT.NET. The most important thing to remember is to bring your HOG card. |
